1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Secure Algo ("Platform"), operated by Prime Wealth Protector Pvt Ltd ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Secure Algo provides:

  • TradingView to MT5 bridge for automated trade execution
  • Visual workflow builder for trading strategy automation
  • AI/LLM-powered trading analysis tools
  • Strategy backtesting capabilities
  • Multi-account MT5 management
  • Real-time trading notifications and alerts

3. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • One person may not maintain multiple accounts

4. MT5 Account Connection

By connecting your MT5 account to our Platform:

  • You authorize us to execute trades on your behalf based on your configured strategies
  • You confirm you have the right to connect and trade on the MT5 account
  • You understand that trading involves significant risk of loss
  • You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and strategies
  • We are not liable for any losses resulting from trade execution

5. Subscription and Payments

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failure to pay may result in account suspension
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
  • Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Platform
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the Platform to manipulate markets
  • Resell or redistribute our services without permission

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform are owned by Prime Wealth Protector Pvt Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your workflows and strategies remain your property.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with or without notice. We are not liable for any losses due to service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRIME WEALTH PROTECTOR PVT LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR DATA LOSS.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may request export of your data before termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or Platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
