Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which Secure Algo, operated by Prime Wealth Protector Pvt Ltd ("Company"), processes refunds and cancellations for subscription plans and services purchased through our platform.

2. Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan
  • No further charges will be applied after cancellation
  • You will retain access to your data and trading history even after downgrade

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • If you request a refund within 7 days of your first subscription purchase
  • If the platform experiences prolonged downtime (more than 72 consecutive hours) that prevents you from using the service
  • If you were charged incorrectly due to a billing error on our end
  • If duplicate payments were processed for the same subscription period

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Trading losses incurred while using the platform — we do not guarantee profits
  • Failure to use the platform during your active subscription period
  • Dissatisfaction with trading results or strategy performance
  • Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms & Conditions
  • Requests made after 7 days of the initial subscription purchase
  • Renewal charges if you did not cancel before the renewal date

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@securealgo.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your registered email address and account details
  3. Provide the reason for your refund request
  4. Attach any relevant payment receipts or transaction IDs

6. Refund Processing

  • All refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund amount will be credited within 7-10 business days after approval
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
  • Partial refunds may be issued on a pro-rata basis depending on usage

7. Free Trial

If we offer a free trial period, no charges will be applied during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and you will be charged accordingly. Charges incurred after trial conversion are subject to the standard refund policy above.

8. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension. We are committed to resolving any billing disputes fairly and promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
